Ingredients
  

Chicken Bacon Ranch Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast finely chopped
  • 6 strips bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 4 slices cheese cheddar or provolone
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain and chop.
  2. Finely chop cooked chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slice rolls and toast lightly in a skillet or oven.
  5. Place cheese on bottom half of rolls and top with warm chicken mixture. Broil until cheese melts.
  6. Add lettuce and tomato, close sandwich, and serve.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a faster version. Add hot sauce for spice.
