Method
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain and chop.
- Finely chop cooked chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix chopped chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Slice rolls and toast lightly in a skillet or oven.
- Place cheese on bottom half of rolls and top with warm chicken mixture. Broil until cheese melts.
- Add lettuce and tomato, close sandwich, and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a faster version. Add hot sauce for spice.
