Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
Topping
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup orange juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  5. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and orange zest.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake 55–65 minutes.
  7. Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  8. Simmer cranberry topping ingredients and cool before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
