- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Pour filling over crust and bake 55–65 minutes.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Simmer cranberry topping ingredients and cool before serving.
