Ingredients
  

Banana Chips
  • 3 bananas firm
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mandoline slicer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into thin rounds about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Toss slices with lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Lightly coat bananas with coconut oil if using.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over slices and toss gently.
  6. Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 300°F for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Cool 5–10 minutes until crisp before serving.

Notes

Slice evenly for best crispness and avoid overcrowding basket.
