Method
- Slice bananas into thin rounds about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss slices with lemon juice in a bowl.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Lightly coat bananas with coconut oil if using.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over slices and toss gently.
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 300°F for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool 5–10 minutes until crisp before serving.
Notes
Slice evenly for best crispness and avoid overcrowding basket.
