Method
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and chill for 20 minutes.
- Shape ground beef into 4 even patties and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes on the first side, flip, then top with cheese.
- Toast buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble burgers with sauce, toppings, and patties.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, spread sauce on both the top and bottom buns.
