Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit until frothy.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter, egg, and yeast mixture. Form soft dough.
- Knead dough until smooth. Let rise for 1–1.5 hours.
- Mix filling ingredients until combined.
- Roll dough into rectangle. Spread filling evenly.
- Roll dough into log, pinch seam. Cut into 12 slices.
- Place slices in greased pan. Let rise 30–45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
- Whisk glaze ingredients. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
For extra coffee flavor, brush rolls with brewed coffee before baking.
