Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment, spreading each into a thin circle.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or paprika as desired.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges.
- Allow chips to cool fully to crisp up before serving.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
Full-fat cottage cheese produces the best browning and crunch.
