Ingredients
  

Chips
  • 1 cup cottage cheese small or large curds
  • 0.25 tsp salt optional
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper optional
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 0.25 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional, adds crispness

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment, spreading each into a thin circle.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or paprika as desired.
  4. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges.
  5. Allow chips to cool fully to crisp up before serving.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

Full-fat cottage cheese produces the best browning and crunch.
