Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, and olive oil in a bowl until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead gently on a floured surface for about 1 minute.
- Roll dough into a 1/4-inch thick flatbread shape.
- Prebake crust for 8 minutes until lightly set.
- Spread sauce and add toppings.
- Bake another 7–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
Notes
Drain cottage cheese if watery for best dough texture. Do not overload toppings.
