Method
- Blend cottage cheese, mascarpone, honey, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
- Pour coffee into a shallow bowl.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee without soaking.
- Arrange dipped ladyfingers in bottom of dish.
- Spread half the cream mixture over ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream.
- Smooth top evenly.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish before slicing.
