- Add potatoes, sausage, onion, garlic, broth, and seasonings to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup.
- Stir in butter, cream, milk, and cheese until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
Notes
Add dairy at the end for best texture.
