Ingredients
  

Crab Mixture
  • 1 lb lump crab meat picked clean
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, and green onions in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings separately.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into crab mixture gently.
  5. Shape into bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 14–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.
