- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or baking sheet.
- Mix eggs, milk, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Stir in crushed crackers, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fold in ground beef gently until just combined.
- Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
- Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for glaze; spread half on loaf.
- Bake 55–65 minutes. Add remaining glaze and bake 10 more minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender. For extra flavor, use sautéed onion and pepper.
