Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into even squares to fit muffin wells.
- Press pastry squares into the muffin tin to form small cups.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and rosemary if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly, drizzle with honey if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, do not overfill pastry cups. Serve warm for optimal texture and flavor.
