Ingredients
  

Pastry Base
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed if frozen
Filling
  • 8 oz brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans optional
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped, optional
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling, optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into even squares to fit muffin wells.
  3. Press pastry squares into the muffin tin to form small cups.
  4. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  5. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and rosemary if using.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Cool slightly, drizzle with honey if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, do not overfill pastry cups. Serve warm for optimal texture and flavor.
