Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll puff pastry lightly and cut into 24 equal squares.
- Place squares on baking sheet and lightly score a smaller square inside each.
- Whisk egg and water together and brush edges of pastry squares.
- Add a teaspoon of goat cheese to the center of each square.
- Top goat cheese with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 13–16 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey, garnish with thyme, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold for best rise. Do not overfill centers.
