Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine sausage, cheddar cheese, and chopped cranberries in a large bowl.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix dry ingredients and milk into sausage mixture until combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Finely chop cranberries for even distribution. Can be frozen before or after baking.
