- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in milk, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Fold in corn kernels and pour mixture into prepared dish.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
