Fat Bomb Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese full-fat, softened
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.33 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder optional
  • 0.25 cup almond flour optional for structure
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder and almond flour if using.
  4. Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes until set. Store chilled.
