- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

- Mix in mashed avocados, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing gently.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
