Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions in salted water. Drain and cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Place cooled tortellini in a large bowl and pour dressing over the top.
  4. Add bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, and parsley.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and gently toss to combine.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
