- Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Add broccoli during last 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add chicken, pasta, and broccoli back to skillet. Toss to coat.
- Simmer briefly, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to control heat level.
