Method
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, peppers, and garlic until softened.
- Add chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer briefly in sauce. Serve hot.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level. Serve over rice, pasta, or vegetables.
