Ingredients
  

Cajun Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in olive oil until browned and cooked through.
  3. Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and broth, simmer gently, then stir in mozzarella until smooth.
  5. Toss pasta and chicken with sauce until well coated. Serve warm.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
