Casserole
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until lightly browned and cooked through.
  3. Sauté garlic and spinach in the same skillet until wilted.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Add cheeses and seasonings, mixing well.
  6. Combine chicken with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
