Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta water.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken, then sauté garlic in butter in the same skillet.
- Add cream and simmer gently, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add pasta and sliced chicken to sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
