Ingredients
  

Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.75 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2-4 tbsp water to thin
  • to taste salt

Method
 

  1. Add yogurt, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add oregano and black pepper and pulse briefly.
  4. Gradually add water until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Adjust thickness with water or extra feta. Keeps refrigerated up to 5 days.
