Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 1.5 lb steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season steak and sear in hot oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and parmesan, simmer until thickened.
  4. Return steak to skillet and coat with sauce.
