Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in skillet and sear seasoned steak. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add butter and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in broth and cream, simmer gently.
  4. Add Parmesan and tortellini, cook until tender.
  5. Return steak to skillet, heat through, and serve.
