Method
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, reserve pasta water, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and garlic to skillet, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in cream, add seasoning and parmesan, and simmer until thickened.
- Add tortellini and reserved pasta water as needed.
- Return steak to skillet, toss gently, and cook until heated through.
Notes
Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water and avoid overcooking the steak.
