Ingredients
  

Martini Base
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.5 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg freshly grated
Optional Garnishes
  • cinnamon stick
  • whipped cream
  • crushed gingerbread cookies for rim

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, cream, and spices to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until frothy and well chilled.
  3. Rim martini glass with crushed gingerbread cookies if desired.
  4. Strain mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick, nutmeg, or whipped cream. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger gingerbread flavor, increase the ground ginger or use extra gingerbread syrup.
