Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add zucchini to the skillet and sauté until tender. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, chicken broth, cream, parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken and zucchini to skillet and simmer until coated in sauce. Garnish and serve.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated parmesan and fresh lemon for maximum flavor.
