Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 12 oz short pasta cooked and cooled
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup green peas thawed
Dressing
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble once cooled.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add pasta to dressing and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Fold in peas and bacon gently.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
