Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, not crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Topping
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • fresh herbs thyme or oregano

Equipment

  • Food processor or blender
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rubber spatula
  • Serving bowl

Method
 

  1. Add feta and cream cheese to a food processor.
  2. Blend until crumbly, then add olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Process until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with red pepper flakes and herbs.

Notes

Serve with warm bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Add hot honey just before serving.
