Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss gnocchi with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to bowl and toss with parmesan while hot.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Serve immediately for best crispiness.
