Ingredients
  

Gnocchi
  • 1 lb shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss gnocchi with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Transfer to bowl and toss with parmesan while hot.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Serve immediately for best crispiness.
