Method
- Freeze mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes.
- Season bacon with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with one slice of bacon.
- Freeze wrapped sticks another 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place sticks on wire rack over baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Cool briefly and serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
Freeze twice to prevent leaking.
