Ingredients
  

Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks
  • 12 mozzarella sticks string cheese
  • 12 slices bacon thin-cut
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs optional

  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes.
  2. Season bacon with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  3. Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with one slice of bacon.
  4. Freeze wrapped sticks another 20–30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place sticks on wire rack over baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  7. Cool briefly and serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

Freeze twice to prevent leaking.
