- Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, mix zucchini, chicken, eggs, flour, cheese, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to wire rack and serve warm.
