Method
- Brine chicken in pickle juice and buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Prepare breading station with seasoned flour, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Bread chicken: flour, egg, panko. Press coating firmly.
- Fry, bake, or air fry chicken until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and cream cheese, stir until smooth.
- Add parmesan, salt, pepper, and simmer until thick.
- Serve crispy chicken drizzled with creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the chicken and use panko breadcrumbs.
