Method
- Pat shrimp dry thoroughly.
- Whisk flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs with milk.
- Dip shrimp in flour mixture, egg wash, then flour again.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry shrimp 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Warm honey, chili flakes, hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and salt.
- Toss shrimp with sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust spice level by changing chili flakes amount. Best served immediately for maximum crispness.
