- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder.
- Toss wings in seasoning until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on rack in single layer.
- Bake 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- Heat barbecue sauce, honey, vinegar, and hot sauce until combined.
- Toss wings in sauce and bake 5 more minutes before serving.
