Method
- Pound chicken to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place flour, egg mixture, and parmesan breadcrumb mixture into separate bowls.
- Coat chicken in flour, egg, then parmesan mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and melt butter in same skillet.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and cream, stirring and scraping pan bits.
- Add parmesan, salt, and pepper and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake coated chicken on a rack after searing for 10 minutes.
