Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to the sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add dry pasta to the crock pot and cook an additional 20–30 minutes until tender.
- Stir, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For best texture, add pasta only at the end to prevent overcooking.
