Method
- Place chicken breasts in Crock Pot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add garlic, cream cheese, and butter on top of chicken.
- Pour heavy cream and chicken broth over the mixture, stir lightly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks and return to Crock Pot.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain.
- Toss pasta with sauce or serve sauce over pasta.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served fresh. Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
