Ingredients
  

Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Base
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta uncooked
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Place chicken, cream, broth, butter, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the crock pot.
  2. Cook on High 3–4 hours or Low 5–6 hours.
  3. Shred or slice chicken, then return to crock pot.
  4. Add uncooked fettuccine and submerge into sauce. Cook on High 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in broccoli and cook an additional 10–15 minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

Notes

Add more cream or broth if the sauce thickens too much after cooling.
