  • 6 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Cream Sauce
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Grease the slow cooker lightly with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese evenly in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix milk, cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over layers.
  4. Dot with butter, cover, and cook on low for 5–6 hours.
  5. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
