Ingredients
  

Chicken Spaghetti
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz spaghetti broken in half

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the CrockPot and add Rotel, broth, and spices.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  3. Shred chicken and return it to the CrockPot.
  4. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Add spaghetti, pushing noodles into the sauce.
  6. Cook on LOW for 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust broth as needed to achieve desired sauce consistency.
