Method
- Place chicken breasts in the CrockPot and add Rotel, broth, and spices.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken and return it to the CrockPot.
- Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add spaghetti, pushing noodles into the sauce.
- Cook on LOW for 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
