Method
- Prepare slow cooker with parchment or foil liner.
- Mix breadcrumbs and milk; allow to soak.
- Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix gently.
- Shape into loaf and place in slow cooker.
- Mix glaze and spread half on meatloaf.
- Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
- Add remaining glaze during last 30 minutes.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra moisture, add grated carrot or zucchini to the mixture.
