Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Mix soup, milk, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Layer potatoes, beef, onion, sauce, and cheese in baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers, cover with foil, and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 20–25 minutes until golden and tender.
