- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until just combined.
- Fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with pink glaze.
Notes
Cool loaf fully before glazing for best presentation.
