Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and dust ramekins with cocoa powder.
- Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
- Whisk in powdered sugar.
- Add eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and red food coloring.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
- Stir in vinegar.
- Divide batter into ramekins.
- Bake 11–13 minutes until edges are set.
- Rest 1 minute, invert, and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overbake or the molten center will set completely.
