Ingredients
  

Taco Shells
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
Strawberry Topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Muffin tin
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush tortillas with melted butter.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on tortillas, and drape over muffin tin.
  3. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
  6. Fill taco shells with cheesecake mixture and top with strawberries.

Notes

Assemble just before serving for best texture.
