- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush tortillas with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on tortillas, and drape over muffin tin.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
- Fill taco shells with cheesecake mixture and top with strawberries.
