Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 4 eggs large
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
  2. Spread diced ham evenly in the dish, then top with cheese and onion.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, Bisquick, melted butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour batter over ham and cheese without stirring.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes until set and golden.
  6. Cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let the pie rest before cutting for best texture.
