- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish and top with cooked sausage.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over the bread and meat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the casserole and gently press down.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning.
